Sex Toys (EU) products ship from our European warehouse in Spain. Delivery is normally within 4-10 business days. They are not eligible for Premium Delivery as the UK is no longer part of the EU and parcels must go through customs. Please allow extra time for delivery at peak travel times, especially during the Summer and Christmas Holidays. If you order from the UK, VAT is added at the checkout. If you order from outside the UK, no UK sales tax is added, but sales tax may be payable in your country. Your local shipping company is responsible for collecting this before delivery.
