UK Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 Tracked
Orders over £50.00 (ex. VAT) get free delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders under £50.00 are charged £4.17 (ex. VAT).

Orders for multiple or heavy items that increase a package above a reasonable weight may have an additional charge. We will contact you for payment before shipping your package.

When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail track and trace website.

All orders placed before midday on Mon-Fri will ship the same day.

Orders placed after midday on Fri will be processed with orders on Monday.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 days. This is not guaranteed by Royal Mail but you can track your delivery progress using the Royal Mail track and trace website.

International Delivery: Tracked

We offer international delivery to the EU, the USA & Canada for a flat rate of £16. Delivery is usually within 3-10 business days.

You are responsible for any sales tax or import duty on purchases shipped your country.​

We do accept returns on international orders but please note that we do not provide a free returns service. You are responsible for the postage back to the UK. The address for returns is shown on your invoice.

We will always replace items that are proven to be faulty.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Please open your items with care as returned items must be unworn, unused, with undamaged packaging and the item returned to us in a resalable condition.
Please try on lingerie items over existing underwear.
We do not accept returns on sex toys unless they are faulty. Please see below for instructions.

Returns
If you would like to return any item, please notify us as soon as possible after purchase and post the items back to us within 30 days. Our address is at the top of your invoice. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged (including packaging). The item should be in a resalable condition. We recommend sending it using a tracked delivery to prevent items from getting 'lost' in the post. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the items are returned to us and we have checked their condition.

Damaged or faulty
If an item arrives damaged, or faulty, please notify us on the day of delivery. And, if an item develops a fault, please let us know as soon as possible. Please provide proof of the fault or damage, preferably with a photo or video. Your statutory rights apply to any faulty items. We will arrange for collection (if necessary) and an exchange or refund.
